Instructions
Bring a large pot of water to boil. Boil the corn for 3 minutes. Drain and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
Preheat air fryer to 200°C
Season the corn with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Coat evenly. Then brush corn with melted butter/ghee on all sides.
Place into the air frying basket and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Roll the corn to the other side. Brush the corn again with melted butter/ghee and cook for another 6-7 minutes until just slightly charred.
In the meantime, place red chilli powder in a small bowl. Dip lime wedges into the red chilli powder.
When the corn is ready, lightly brush the chilli-dipped lime wedges against the corn at all sides. Serve immediately.
Notes
If the corn comes in the husk, remove it before use.
