Mix together all the marinade ingredients. Marinate the lamb chops for a few hours or ideally overnight.
Lamb Chops, 2 tbsp Tandoori Masala, 1 tsp Chilli Powder, 2 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste, 1 tbsp Lemon Juice, 1 tbsp Tomato Paste, 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil, 3-4 Green Chillies, 200 g Yoghurt, ½ tbsp Salt
Preheat the air fryer to 190°C. Brush the lamb chops with oil and place them into the air fryer basket. Do not overcrowd the basket and cook in batches if neccessary.

Cook for 5-6 minutes, then flip the lamb chops and brush more oil if required before cooking for another 4-5 minutes.
Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and/or lime wedges if you like. Serve immediately.

The marinating time is not included in the preparation time on this recipe card.
Marinate your lamb chops for at least 4 hours, or ideally overnight.
You can also prepare & marinate the lamb chops beforehand and keep them in the freezer for up to 3 months. To cook the lamb chops, simply defrost in the fridge and cook within 24 hours.
It is recommended to preheat the air fryer before cooking. This is because it can give the meat a little sear and also ensures that the meat is being cooked straightaway.
You should brush oil onto the lamb chops before air frying. This helps to keep the meat from burning too easily.
Do not overcrowd the air fryer. When cooking the lamb chops, line them up in one layer in the air fryer basket. Cook in batches if need to. This is to ensure that the meat is cooked evenly.
