Warm milk in the microwave for about 30-60 seconds until tepid but not boiling.
1 cup Milk
Add white chocolate chunks/chips. Stir until the chocolate has melted.
50 g White Chocolate
Microwave the Biscoff spread briefly for 10-20 seconds until melted. Drizzle it into the milk along with a pinch of cinnamon (if using).
2 tbsp Biscoff, A pinch of Cinnamon Powder
Using a hand frother, whisk the milk until frothy. Alternatively, simply mix everything until thoroughly combined.
If you like, top it with whipped cream and/or more Biscoff spread and biscuit crumbs! Serve immediately.

Notes
It doesn't matter if you use white chocolate chips or chunks for the recipe as long as the chocolate can melt. The smaller the size the easier it melts.
No sugar is needed for this recipe. Both white chocolate and Biscoff are already very sweet on their own so this drink definitely doesn't need any more sweeteners! If anything, if you find it too sweet, simply reduce the amount of chocolate and/or Biscoff to lessen the sweetness.
Frothing the milk adds a layer of texture to the drink. This step is completely optional but I personally would recommend doing so!
