Padron Peppers

Instructions
Preheat the air fryer to 200°C.
Wash the Padron peppers and pat dry with a kitchen towel.
130 g Padron Peppers
Place the Padron peppers into the air fryer basket and brush with olive oil. Do not overcrowd the basket and cook in batches if needed.
Olive Oil
Cook for 5-7 minutes until the peppers are charred and blistered.
Transfer the Padron peppers to a serving plate and sprinkle with sea salt all over.
Coarse Sea Salt / Sea Salt Flakes
Notes
We recommend using coarse sea salt or Maldon sea salt flakes to give the peppers an extra crunch on the surface.
Do not overcrowd the basket when air frying the Padron peppers. This is to ensure that all the peppers get cooked evenly. Cook in batches if required.
