Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat and cook garlic until fragrant - roughly 1-2 minutes.
1 tbsp Cooking Oil, 2 cloves Garlic
Toss in uncooked pasta and stir until the pasta is coated.
80 g small-shaped Pasta
Stir in chicken broth and bring it to a boil. Simmer for about 10-15 minutes (depending on your choice of pasta), stirring occasionally, until pasta is cooked al dente.
500 ml Chicken Broth
Stir in the chopped coriander and cook for another minute or two. Season with a pinch of sea salt to taste if you like. Serve immediately.
10 g Coriander Leaves, A pinch of Sea Salt

Depending on the type & size of the pasta you're using, cooking times may differ. Keep an eye on the pasta and check when the pasta is cooked.
You may need to add more water to the soup - again, it depends on the type and size of pasta you're using as some may absorb more liquid than others.
