Spicy Ginger Egg Fried Rice

Salt & Pepper

Instructions
Heat oil in a wok over high heat.
Add eggs and cook for 30 seconds to a minute until it cooks through in curds.
Stir in ginger paste and chilli flakes, and cook until its raw smell is cooked off.
Add in mixed vegetable, stir-fry for about 5 minutes.
Toss in cooked rice. Season with salt and pepper.
Stir in biryani masala powder and chilli powder (if using).
Add vinegar and soy sauce. Stir-fry until evenly coated. Serve immediately.
