80 g Leftover Chicken, 3 pieces Frozen Paratha, ½ cup Grated Cheese
Fold the edges into triangles. Use a fork to press down the edges to seal the samosas.
Preheat the air fryer to 180°C. Brush each paratha samosa with vegetable oil and cook for 5 minutes.

Flip to the other side, brush with more oil if needed, and cook for another 5 minutes until golden in colour. Serve immediately with a dipping sauce of your choice.
Notes
Frozen Parathas are best cooking straight from frozen. If you allowed it to thaw too much, the dough would become too soft and sticky to fold.
Preheat the air fryer and always brush them with oil before you start cooking the samosas. This is to help you get the ultra crispiness and luscious golden colours.
These paratha samosas are best served warm. Serve with any dipping sauces you prefer - we usually use ketchup, garlic chilli sauce, and/or sweet chilli sauce.
You can prep these paratha samosas beforehand and store them in the freezer. Simply cook directly from frozen whenever you fancy!
