Togarashi Japanese Chilli Pepper
Notes
The Tahini and Peanut Butter adds a creamy texture to the soup and numbs down the heat. If you like it hot, top the dish with a touch of Togarashi and/or fresh chillies to spice it up.
Feel free to adjust the amount of tahini in the recipe - the more you add, the more creamy and less spicy the soup gets. Vice versa. Play around with the measurements to reach your desired texture and flavour.
