Ramadan Mubarak! It’s unbelievable how quickly the year has flown by and Ramadan has crept upon us again. Should you feel like taking a break from cooking, there is no short of meal kits and food deliveries around London and UK Nationwide this Ramadan. We already know the many restaurant meal kits that have been delivering nationwide for us over this & last year. Here are some that are offering a Ramadan delivery menu, a couple of new joiners to the list, plus general ideas to help you effortlessly put on a feast for iftar!

Charred Ramadan Menu - Lamb Shank

For this Ramadan, Charred has launched a three-course Ramadan menu, featuring Smoked Brisket Croquettes and Smoked Aubergine Galette for starters, Moroccan-spiced Lamb Shanks and Cumin Rice for mains, and Gooey Milk Chocolate Cookies and Chai blend from Chai Guys for desserts. You can order it in servings of 2, 4, or 6. These dishes are also all available to purchase as individual dishes as well should you not be in the mood for a full-on three-course menu.

Their regular DIY meal kit items are also available.

Sambal Shiok

Sambal Shiok Ramadan Meal Kit

Sambal Shiok has launched a Ramadan and Eid meal kit, featuring a Malaysian take on the Indonesian Nasi Ambeng. It’s a fragrant rice dish served in a sharing platter style, consisting of a range of traditional side dishes. In this case, it’s got fragrant turmeric rice, their signature slow-cooked beef rendang, lemongrass vegetable curry, fresh kerabu salad, umami-packed prawn floss serunding and shrimp sambal tumis for more chilli kick. It also comes with their popular potato curry puffs and finished with chocolate cardamom cake as dessert.

Their regular laksa meal kits are still available as well.

You may have encountered them at the Market Hall Westend before. After a bit of a hiatus, Goodbirds are back with their Signature Rotisserie Chicken meal kit, which can be the perfect feast for your Ramadan delivery. Apart from the pre-marinated chicken, the meal kit includes a range of sauces (e.g. roast almond satay and firecracker hot, garlic herb creamy dip), corn on the cob with miso butter and crispy onions, red cabbage pomegranate apple slaw and dressing, pitta and chicken fat potatoes.

The Birria Naco Meal Kit features Beef (Barbecoa) Birra and comes with a herby coleslaw and Zaatar potatoes. Other new items include Smoked Beef Brisket + Lamb Barbacoa Naco Meal Kit and vegan options. Their regular meal kits, such as Brisket Bun, Lamb Ribs, Borani Banjan, etc. are also available.

Craving for a burger instead? BUK is the newest to offer halal DIY burger kits, just in time for Ramadan delivery. For some more fine dining experience at home this Ramadan, Benares is offering a bespoke four-person iftar menu, priced at £160. The menu includes a box of dates to break your fast with and includes the likes of Poppadums, Shammi Kebab, and Samosa Chaat for starters.
