Ramadan Mubarak, everyone! Alhamdulillah, another year of Ramadan has arrived upon us. Fancy a meal out for iftar? We got you. There are many restaurants around London offering Ramadan specials & iftar menus this year and we’ve put them all together here on this list for you. Whichever of these restaurants tickles your fancy, you’d want to get booking ASAP as it’s going to get busy. Without further ado, here’s a list of London iftar menus and something to look forward to after a long day of fasting!

The Great Chase
There is no better place to have iftar than at The Great Chase. Not only does the restaurant serve fine halal contemporary European dishes, complemented by a fully alcohol-free drinks menu, but it is also equipped with a prayer space and is known for having the best Ramadan vibes in London. This year’s Iftar menu features the likes of Beef Wellington, Bone-in Ribeye, Roast Duck etc., as well as the option to upgrade to Full Blood Wagyu BMS 9! Your food order must be placed no later than 48 hours before your booking via email.

Meet Bros Steakhouse
The popular Malaysian fusion steakhouse is a great option for iftar this Ramadan. Available from 5:00pm – 11:00pm each day, the menu starts with buffet-style starters, followed by a main course of your choice, finished with a selection of tasty desserts. The iftar menu will cost £65 per person Monday to Thursday and £85 per person Friday to Sunday. As for prayer spaces, the first floor will be converted into a prayer room, with separate areas for males and females. Meli-Melo
This south London halal dining gem is offering an exquisite iftar tasting menu for £45 per person, which will include its signature beef roast, lamb birria taco, and many more. Meli-Melo prides itself in adding a fine dining twist to its food, meaning you’ll totally be in for a treat there!

Paris’s Cafe
Known for its homely halal European cuisine, Paris’s Cafe is offering a 3-course Ramadan iftar menu this year, priced at £31.99 per person. There will be complimentary dates, water, and garlic bread throughout, with a great selection of food offerings such as Lasagna, Roast, and even a Full English Breakfast!

Berenjak
The best Persian restaurant in town, Berenjak, is also ready to welcome you this Ramadan. Both their Soho & Borough branches are stocked up on Zaytoun’s Medjoul dates for those breaking their fast. They will be running their regular menu but if you can’t get a spot for iftar, there will be a Late-Night Ramadan Menu (£40pp) available every night from 10pm through 11th March to 9th April.
The Orangery
Run by the leading wedding caterer, Sapna, you can trust that The Orangery will be serving nothing but good homely Lahori food. The Iftar set menu is priced at £37.99 pp (half price for kids), which includes dates & pakoras to break your fast with, followed by a range of starters, mains & desserts, plus karak tea/coffee.

Guanabana
The longstanding halal Latin Caribbean restaurant, Guanabana, is serving their signature Island Roast through this Ramadan. For every Ramadan Roast sold, £2 will be donated to Friends Al-Quesa and the World Food Programme to relief efforts in Gaza, Palestine.

Ramoramen (Soho & Camden)
Also operating in the Maginhawa group as Guanabana above, Ramoramen offers Ramadan specials for iftar at both their Soho & Camden branches each year. Whilst there isn’t a dedicated multi-course menu this year, they are bringing over their Bengali-Japanese fusion Lamb Keema Ramen to their Soho Branch for this year’s Ramadan only.

Mihbaj
Mihbaj is a cosy Levantine cafe & restaurant in Paddington and is serving up a rotating Ramadan Set Menu for each day of the week for £25 per person starting on the 17th March. The menu will include a range of dishes from traditional favourites to contemporary delights. Some examples include Maqluba, Mousakhan, Bamia, Kofta Khoshkhash, Lamb Ouzi, etc.

Melur by Pak Awie
The longstanding Malaysian & Indonesian restaurant, Melur London, will be serving a Ramadan buffet for iftar this year, available from 5-10.30pm every day. There will also be a Ramadan Bazaar daily from 2-5pm as well.

The Terrace Bakery
Enjoy a Middle Eastern iftar feast at The Terrace Bakery, which is offering a 4-course menu with a drink, priced at £57.50 for two people. This includes a range of classic mezze such as kibbeh & hummus etc., as well as chicken biryani or lamb meatballs for mains. As for desserts, they will be serving riz bi haleeb or mouhalabieh this year. In addition to the iftar menu, they are also doing a 4-course Suhoor Menu (priced £34.95 for two) as well

Beit El Zaytoun
Instead of a fixed Ramadan menu, Beit El Zaytoun is offering an open buffet feast this year featuring a wide range of Lebanese dishes. The restaurant will be fully decorated and transformed into a cosy haven filled with Ramadan vibes. The iftar buffet will start at 6pm daily and there will be a Suhoor Buffet as well on Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays starting from 10:30pm.

Mango Tree
The halal-friendly Thai restaurant, Mango Tree, is not launching a special Ramadan Iftar menu this year, but they are running a Ramadan offer from 10th March to 10th April where you can enjoy 15% off dishes from their a la carte menu with complimentary dates & a glass of lemonade per person. To claim the offer, make sure to make a booking in advance and quote “Ramadan” to the reservations team.

The Halal Guys
If you fancy a delicious gyro platter for iftar, head to The Halal Guys and enjoy 20% off if order £20 or more. The offer is available from 10th March to 9th April, from iftar time to the shop’s closing time. Don’t forget to grab extra white sauce to go with it!

Cha Sha
Ramadan platters for single, 2 persons, and family size are available at Cha Sha this year. From Kachoris to Samosas, Bun Kebabs to Loaded Fries and Speciality Drinks, you’ll be in for a nice little cheap & cheerful treat. Of course, their signature chai is included in the platter menu as well.
