Need a quick and easy vegetable side dish to whip up? Grab some broccolini, just very few ingredients, and turn to your air fryer! Using an air fryer to cook broccolini is definitely quite a bit of a game changer. It’s unbelievably quick and easy, making it the perfect stress-free side dish to make. I personally adore lacing a touch of balsamic with broccolini. The light acidity with a sweet undertone is something that I find goes tantalisingly well with the likes of broccoli & broccolini. By air frying them instead of using a traditional oven-roast method, these Balsamic Air Fryer Broccolini came out perfectly delicious with an additional layer of a lightly charred flavour and crispiness. Seriously, what is there to not love about this recipe?!
