Wondering what’s the best way to perk up your summer iced latte? Add a (massive) dollop of Biscoff spread and turn it into a Biscoff Iced Latte! I know I already did a Biscoff Latte recipe on the website, but that’s to be served hot. To make a Biscoff Iced Latte, there are no major differences between the recipes per se and it’s only slightly different ways of making them. But I thought it’d be easier to have a separate post for the iced version instead of having to read through more text and explanations from the other recipe card. That being said, if you are looking to make a hot Biscoff latte, you can directly check it out here.
How to make Biscoff Iced Latte
Ingredients
- Biscoff Spread
- Coffee
- Milk – I use whole milk. Feel free to test it out with alternative milk!
- Biscoff Biscuits – optional, for decoration
- Double Cream – optional, for topping
Recipe Notes
- No sugar is needed as Biscoff is already quite sweet itself. But if you really want to sweeten it up, a dash of caramel syrup or honey would work well.
- Make sure you have blended the Biscoff spread with the hot coffee first before adding it to the ice & milk. This is because the Biscoff spread, even if you have melted it beforehand, would firm up into a paste when in contact with the ice and cold milk and not mix well together. You will not have this problem if you blend it with the coffee first.
