Iced Maple Latte Recipe

Not only is maple syrup great for drenching your pancakes, but it’s also incredibly delicious, if not one of the most delicious sweeteners for coffee! It’s no doubt my most favourite go-to when making an iced latte. Not only is it incredibly easy to make but it also adds another dimension of flavour to the coffee, in my opinion. With the rather intense heat wave going on in the UK, this iced maple latte couldn’t be a better refresher to cope with the hot weather.

The recipe is not solely for the summer though. You can 100% make this recipe warm too. All you have to do is simply omit the ice and also heat the milk to lukewarm. Easy peasy.

How to make Maple Latte

Ingredients for making Iced Maple Latte

  • Maple Syrup
  • Instant Coffee or Espresso
  • Milk
  • Ice

Recipe notes

  • If you like to take your iced latte quite sweet, feel free to add more maple syrup to your liking.
  • I like to use whole milk for my coffee, but feel free to swap it with any other alternative milk of your choice.
  • As mentioned above, you can also make this maple latte recipe as a warm coffee drink instead of iced.
How to choose the best maple syrup?

Unfortunately, not all maple syrups at the supermarket are the same. Take a quick moment to skim through the ingredients list to check that it has a high percentage (or ideally 100%) pure maple syrup instead of maple flavouring and/or high-fructose corn syrup.
